Chevy trucks have a long and rich history, as I found out after touring the GM Heritage Center in Sterling Heights, Mich., with HC manager Greg Wallace.

Completely agree! they use to be design for actually going off road. Not off road as in a soccer field. Best memory of my childhood was my dad in his 76 K5 bouncing up and down a old logging road that lead to our country house. Never got stuck never had a break down just 6 miles of washed out, rutted, muddy mess. It sure did suck when they eventually put in a real road.
