Steven (the pianist) usually chooses someone (a couple) from the audience and places the camera on them. Keep an eye on the screen behind the girls. About two third into the song, there is a short break before the girls sing "give me a kiss." At this point, Stijn and the girls will wait until that person gives their partner a kiss before continuing. Also note how the Scala girls "lift up" a few times in the song while they "hum" the refrain.
