Actually one of the cool things about the woman who did my electrolysis was that she had previously worked at a dentist's office & had connections there, so before the upper lip work, you could go to her dentist friend, get a "dental appt" that was really just a lot of novocaine & go in for the lip/nostril work. Oh, and the lips (my thin lips anyway) looked like you had collagen for about 3 days. Kind of awkward when working in guy mode :D

Yes but electrolysis can also cause pitting and scarring which is less likely with lazer. And laser doesn't hurt as much as electolysis either. But it is also a little more expensive and doesn't work for everyone so each has it's pros and cons. Me I have dark hair and very fair skin so laser is more likely to work for my situation. Eventually I will have to touch up with an electrolysis session myself to get the nasty little strays :)

Thanks for giving me one good thing to say about electrolysis. It hurts like blazes but no one ever put a probe near my eyes :D

I'm glad your eye is ok but she could seriously messed your vision up. |
