no, the +Number is basically how many levels they have from summoning. So 122+12 means they are a 122 Free to play combat and also have 99 summoning.It works the same way as old wilderness..if your skulled you lose everything unless your using protect item and therefore you keep one item. If your unskulled you keep 3...4 if you protect items

yeh because i spend all my time there pking lvl 70s in monks robes /sarcasm. If you must know its because mb is most common place in wilderness where ahrims pk, varrok centre and canifis are popular in pvp but are right next to the bank.
