I guess my question put better is this. Do I twist the two lead-in wires togather and apply POS current to both or NEG to 1 and POS to the other lead-in wire?

how is the Bifilar coil connected ? Two wire in two wires out, please advise as I think you have solved another piece of the puzzle.

What info do you want? Its 12VDC input @ 500mA. If you want LPM...its going to have to wait, this was just a quick and dirty video i made before i had to go home form work. And its now Labor Day weekend....so it will be next week sometime.I will take a real camera and make more vids... With the coil...without the coil...with tap water...with distilled water..BLAH BLAH BLAH....Keep in mind i am NOT screaming Overunity, this is just a vid of what i have done so far.

Nice video. But that cell looks pretty small, and the gas output & efficiency is most likely at the brute force electrolysis level. Can you give some efficiency info?
