wen u collapse u roll of to the side of ur body and lose momentum. try to kick a lil higher so u can collapse to ur forearm then ur shoulder to keep it smooth and clean. after tht if u still need help msg me or sumthin

Try keeping your head back when you collapse and when your about to re stab bring your head back (so it doesn't look weird. A bboy i session with says it help keeps you from rolling on your lower back and helps you roll on your upper back.

well i still havent got continuous down, BUT my 1st spin looks alot more smoother now and i manage to get back into the handglide position (so i just gotta figure out to keep going lol).Just remember to kick ur non-swinging leg up and kick ur swinging leg hard. Dont forget to lean forwards as u collapse. And keep ur legs in a v-shape..p.s. the mousic is "Shake it" by Big Bang (it's korean)

ohfor continuousyou need to pop (kick) upwith your legs when youwant to go back to the stomachethe kick shouldnt be too hard or noticeablebut make it significant

LOL..well i havent had much time to work on mills.. so i still dont have continuous :(HOWEVER, my 1st rotation is much smoother now so i think with a BIT more practice ill get continuous soon ^_^

lol being korean really makes a difference. (no pun intended). yea basically you can't rely on your momentum to turn you over. hopefully you have more than one rotation by now

oh ok thx i'll try doing that :)ill also try to find somewhere that has barefloor where I can practice this.

(continuing) if you want to do continuous mills, when you get on your back and are ready to get over, you kinda kick up so your back slightly comes of the floor and you put your hands on the floor to spin more back into the second spin and im korean too :]

alright, the person who commented down there told you whats wrong but didnt tell you how to fix it. okay, now, when youre in your freeze and lift your legs up, lift them higher. not till your face hits the floor though. then when you kick, use that right hand and pull harder. when you go to your back, youre supposed to land on the higher part not lower. carpet doesnt help like you mentioned, because it doesnt just slow you down but it makes you move left and right too much |
