It depens on the battery to ( sorry bad eng ) If its stock 8.4 then 1300 is normal whit T motor and Prome H-S Gears :)

Is that shimmed properly, because it should be faster tha 1300 rpm, easpecially if your running a turbo and promey high speeds.

That would be because most people don't know how to run high speed guns properly mate... and seriously, what the hell are people doing to break gears after some 25,000 rounds? The only true weak points are the motor and the piston. Pistons tend to last a good 40,000 rounds in my guns, and a decent motor (i.e. not a Systema Turbo, or Guarder revolution) should last double that at 35+rps.

1. Fairies are apparently carrying the BB the rest of the way, thus making it work. I have also installed Systema Fairies in to six of my own guns to allow the Twist barrels to be working with hop up set to near maximum.2.
