Just some more random dobro musings in what my good buddy rightsaidshane has dutifully informed me is Open G Concert tuning. (I flat the B's to get a certain ominous feeling of hopelessness)Still a little rough for my likeing, but it'll do for the time being..(Must work on my intonation more)Cheers!

I've never heard this called Open G Concert tuning. Flatting the B or the major third produces a minor chord. Open G minor. Yes, very dark. Ala Skip James. Good stuff. Enjoy.

Thanks Gary! With carrying case, the Fender FR50 reso came in at under 400 dollars.I think it plays as well as some much pricier guitars.
