Calling them a phony doesnt reflect well on u as a Christian either.Plus, ur quoting scripture in very bad ways. Cant take one line at a time. Take the hole thing!

Pope Sixtus V, a good example that Jesus keeps His promises. In Matt16 Jesus says "thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my Church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it"In August of 1592, Sixtus, a successor of Peter, was about to canonize a new edition of the Vulgate which he had worked on, against the advice of, well pretty much everyone.Instead...he died.Proof that God will not let the successor of Peter mislead His Church.Jesus is still with His Church

bdplist, you tire me here. I am tired of concern for the state of your soul. I can only pray for you from now on, that you may come to know Christ in your life and in your earthly death. I then, say, that your further responses in attempt to "win" will go unanswered on this video thread. I weep for you and pray that you may change your actions away from disunity and towards unity of the followers of Christ on earth for His Glory.Peace be with you always,-Rob

Stop repeating yourself. One Church on earth is what Christ intended! One flock, one congregation both in Heaven and on earth. As I mentioned before, you are using Papal infallibility in a false way. If you truly understood the justification and placement of infallibility, you would understand that the words and actions of the Pope is not infallible. Only when he is speaking as Vicar of Christ in the chair of Peter (which is RARELY) done, is it infallible. You, here, are spreading lies.

I'm sorry, but I do not take your single-verse throwing the truth. My truth comes through Christ Jesus, His words, His Holy Mother Church. You subtract from His truth in your attempt to sway my life away from His Church and His Love.Still, despite your attempting to sway me away from His truth, I have a love for you and for the state of your soul beyond comprehension. May God bless you and guide you closer to Him in all things that you do. May you die and come to know Him in Life.

BABELSixtus V had a version of the Bible prepared which he declared to be authentic. Two years later Clement VIII declared that it was full of errors and ordered another to be made! Pope Gregory I repudiated the title of Universal Bishop as being profane, superstitious haughty and invented by the first apostate Yet through the centuries other popes have claimed the title. Pope Hadrian II declared civil marriage to be valid, but Pope Pius VII condemned them as invalid.
