For my fellow Fulbright Korea ETAs, this is for you... I miss you all so much! I hope you are thriving in your placements. I CAN'T WAIT to hang out with you all in October and catch up on everything! Hope your host moms are feeding you well... maybe I'll write a Part II about all the new foods I'm falling in love with (미역국 하고 미역줄기). When it comes to food, I think I may be Korean. Seriously, I love the Korean cuisine. All of it. Thus far. Except for the dog and octopus. For everyone else stumbling across this randomness: This is a short comedic improv sketch I wrote about our Fulbright Korea Orientation 2008 English Teaching Assistants' first impressions of Korean food, interlaced with the challenges we faced in learning the most scientific language in the whole world.
