Installation is complete, engine running and system is producing gas. Still waiting on in dash amp meter though. Mileage tests start now.

I'm trying several different types of mix. So far the Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) gets the most gas output and is easily mixed. At startup, I am at 8-9 amps....once warmed up I usually run it at 18-22 amps and the solution gets warm at 125 degrees. I can run the mix very hot because the entire unit is made fro 316 stainless steel. This particular unit weighs between 15 and 20 lbs. It can be pushed to over 50 amps without incident, just need different realys, fuses and a solenoid.

Nicely setup! What's your electrolyte mix, do you know how many amps the units are you pulling?
