The Urban Cookbook (October publication by Thames & Hudson) looks into five great cities where the street sets the creative agenda: New York, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and London. King Adz tells the story of his trip to each of the five cities, takes the reader on a walk around neighbourhoods that buzz, where the best food can be found, and talks to the keenest creatives -- graffiti artists, photographers, illustrators, designers, skaters, DJs, club owners .... Then he offers eight recipes from which to cook up dishes that he ate on the streets of the city. The result is a feast of a wholly original kind, born out of the edgy culture of the street.
