the way i see it, smith started his pass above the yellow line. if you could see smith had a fender on stewart above the yellow line then stewart hit him trying to block him. thats how he got forced down there. nascar should really consider changing the rules regarding that

for the 500th time!!IT DOESN'T MATTER IF HE WAS FORCED BELOW THE LINE OR NOT THE RULE STATESEVEN IF A DRIVER IS FORCED BELOW THE LINE THEY ARE STILL NOT ALLOWED TO ADVANCE THEIR POSITION THEREFORE BY NOT GIVING BACK THE SPOT HE WAS IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES!!!!!!!

Regan Smith Should have won, NASCAR was probably afraid that Stewart would be a whiny baby and they wouldn't hear the end of it so they gave it to him, SMITH SHOULD HAVE WON

Smith was indeed forced below the yellow line. NASCAR got the call wrong, that is the bottom line!

Smith got screwed over Dale Jr did a similar move in 2003 and he didnt get penalized its b/s NASCAR plays favorites sometimes
