For me the best choise is 24'', as it has more control than 26'' and the speed is quite much better than 20''.

I got a brand new 26 inch for my birthday today, and it's amazing. I was always complaining i couldn't go fast enough on my old 20 inch, but now I have to learn to reemount again on the 26 inch.... -.-
